A detailed introduction to the water purifier

Water purifier, also called water purifier and water purifier, is a water treatment equipment that deeply filters and purifies water quality according to the requirements of water use. The water purifiers we usually talk about generally refer to small purifiers used for household use. The filtration membrane in its technical filter element device mainly comes from three types of ultrafiltration membrane, RO reverse osmosis membrane and nanofiltration membrane.
Water purifiers can be divided into two categories according to pipeline design grades: progressive tightening water purifiers and self-cleaning water purifiers. The traditional water purifier is a gradually tightening water purifier. Its internal pipeline design is that the filter element is loose before and after the tightening. It is the 5 levels that are connected end to end in sequence. The retentate is deposited inside the filter element, which requires regular manual disassembly and cleaning to ensure the normal operation of the machine. The other type is a more advanced self-cleaning water purifier. Two channels are designed in the machine, and a washing water channel is added. When the washing water used as ordinary domestic water passes through the channel, the raw water of the filter element in the machine, especially the membrane filter element, is affected. The side plays the role of scouring to achieve self-cleaning, and uses the water that flows from the head and tail sections at the moment of opening and closing the washing faucet to discharge the trapped dirt in time and quickly. This structure is designed reasonably and saves labor. The trouble of dismantling and cleaning avoids the re-pollution of the mechanism itself, and at the same time, it reduces the energy consumption cost.

But please pay attention to the identification of consumers. Self-cleaning water purifiers are different from automatic sewage water purifiers, computer automatic flushing water purifiers and automatic backwashing water purifiers seen on the market. The former is self-cleaning of the whole machine, that is, It is said that all the filter elements inside the machine have a certain self-cleaning function; the latter one of the filter elements is flushed instead of the whole machine. In layman's terms, the self-cleaning water purifier is equivalent to installing a garbage disposal on the pipeline, and the dirt is cleaned up at any time and does not stay in the machine. The traditional non-self-cleaning water purifier is equivalent to placing multiple trash cans in the room, and the dirt is usually temporarily stored in the machine, so regular sewage, dismantling and washing and frequent replacement of the filter element are required.
The function of the water purifier is to remove the floating objects, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, residual chlorine, sediment, rust, microorganisms, etc. in the water. The filter element is also called PP cotton filter element (PPF), the second stage is granular activated carbon (UDF) filter element, the third stage is precision compressed activated carbon (CTO) filter element, the fourth stage is reverse osmosis membrane or ultrafiltration membrane, and the fifth stage is after Set activated carbon (small T33). The water purifier is suitable for areas with serious tap water pollution, and can also filter the residual chlorine in conventional tap water, while improving the taste of water. In August 2013, the General Office of the National Health and Family Planning Commission issued the "Administrative Specifications for the Labeling and Instructions of Products Involving Drinking Water Hygiene and Safety", expressly stating that "acid water", "alkaline water", "activated water", " Small molecular mass water", "functional water", "energy water", "oxygen-enriched water", etc.
